If you are experiencing issues with your SmartLock, performing a factory reset may help resolve connection or functionality problems. Please follow the steps below:

1. Press the Find My button 4 times in quick succession.

2. On the 5th press, press and hold the Find My button.

3. The SmartLock will play a brief sound to confirm that the factory reset has been completed.

4. Restart or power cycle your phone.

5. Once your phone turns back on, open the Apple Find My app and try connecting to your SmartLock again.

After the reset, you may need to pair your SmartLock again through the Find My app.
