The SmartCard Lite is an ultra-slim tracking card designed to help you keep track of your wallet, ID, or badge using the Apple Find My app. Easily add it to your Apple device to locate it on a map, play a sound when it’s nearby, and receive notifications if you leave it behind. With Lost Mode, anyone who finds your card can see your contact information and help return it.

About the size of two credit cards and less than 2mm thick, it fits seamlessly into your wallet or badge holder. It features a built-in lanyard slot for added convenience, a waterproof IPX8 rating for durability, and a long-lasting battery that works for up to 2 years.

  • Since it is not rechargeable, how does the battery work?
    • The battery remains in standby mode until the SmartCard Lite is activated for the first time. During this period, it uses only a minimal amount of power. Once activated, the battery will last up to 2 years.
  • Will this item work if used with an RFID wallet?
    • Yes, the SmartCard Lite will work normally with most RFID wallets. However, it will not function properly if used inside wallets that use a Faraday pouch, as these block Bluetooth signals.
  • Is the button touch-sensitive?
    • No, the SmartCard Lite has a physical button. It requires a small amount of pressure to press, and you will hear a little click when it is activated.
  • Does SmartCard Lite work with Android devices?
    • No. SmartCard Lite was specifically developed to work with Apple devices, as it relies on the Apple Find My app, which is only available on iPhone, iPad, and other Apple devices.
  • Can I link my SmartCard Lite to more than one phone or Apple account?
    • SmartCard Lite can only be linked to one Apple ID at a time. However, you can share access with others using the Group Sharing feature within the Apple Find My app.
  • What is the Apple Find My app?
    • The Apple Find My app is a native app available on Apple devices. It allows you to locate and manage compatible items like SmartCard Lite. For the best experience, we recommend using the latest version of iOS, iPadOS, or macOS.
  • How secure is the Apple Find My network?
    • The Find My network uses end-to-end encryption and anonymous Bluetooth signals to locate your items. This ensures your location data remains private, secure, and accessible only to you, while also being highly efficient in terms of battery and data usage.
  • Can someone use SmartCard Lite to track me without my knowledge?
    • No. If your iPhone detects an unknown SmartCard Lite traveling with you, you will automatically receive a notification. After some time, the device may also play a sound to help you locate it. These alerts are designed to protect your privacy and only occur when the device is separated from its owner.
