If you are experiencing issues with your SmartCard Lite, performing a factory reset may help resolve connection or functionality problems. Please follow the steps below:

1. Press the Find My button on your SmartCard Lite four times quickly. On the fifth press, press and hold the button.

2. Continue holding the button until you hear a short tune. This sound confirms that your SmartCard Lite has been successfully reset to factory settings.

3. Once the reset is complete, restart or power cycle your phone.

4. After your phone turns back on, open the Apple Find My app and try connecting your SmartCard Lite again.
