If you are experiencing any issues with your KeySmart iPro, you may be able to resolve them by performing a factory reset using the steps below.
1. First, please fully charge your KeySmart iPro. We recommend keeping it connected for at least 5 hours, even if the green light turns on earlier. This ensures it’s completely ready for the next steps.
2. After charging, press the Find My button on your KeySmart iPro 4 times quickly, and on the 5th press, hold the button down.
3. Your KeySmart iPro will play a short tune and perform a factory reset.
4. Restart or power cycle your phone, then try connecting again.
