Before performing a factory reset, you must remove the SmartCard from the Google Find Hub app.
Open the Google Find Hub app.
Select your SmartCard from the device list.
Tap the gear icon to access Device Details.
Scroll to the bottom of the screen.
Select “Remove from Find Hub.”
Confirm removal when prompted.
Once the device has been removed from the app, proceed with the reset instructions below.
Perform a Factory Reset
Ensure the SmartCard is powered on before starting.
Press the Find Hub button four times in quick succession.
The SmartCard will:
Play a sound
Flash the LED three times
Immediately after hearing the sound, press and hold the Find Hub button.
After approximately two seconds, the SmartCard will emit a “tick, tick, tick” sound, and the LED will flash.
Do not release the button.
Continue holding the button for approximately eight seconds total.
The SmartCard will play a sound again, and the LED will flash three times.
Release the button.
The factory reset is now complete.
After the Reset
The SmartCard will automatically enter pairing mode for 10 minutes.
If the device is near your phone, a pairing prompt may appear.
Follow the standard pairing instructions to reconnect your SmartCard.
