If you would like to disable or re-enable your SmartLock’s connection to the Apple Find My network, please follow the steps below:

To disable the Find My network:

1. Press and hold the Find My button on the SmartLock for 3 seconds. You will hear two beeps.

2. Press and release the Find My button once. The SmartLock will play a short tune.

3. Press and hold the Find My button again for 3 seconds. You will hear two beeps confirming that the Find My network has been disabled.

To enable the Find My network:

1. Press and release the Find My button once. The SmartLock will play a tune to confirm that the Find My network has been enabled.

Once enabled, your SmartLock will reconnect to the Apple Find My network and appear in the Find My app.
