Assembling your keys correctly helps ensure the best fit and smooth operation. Here are some helpful tips to guide you through the process:

1. Assemble one side at a time, as this makes the process easier and more manageable.

2. The capacity is measured using standard flat keys that are approximately 2mm thick. With this size, you can fit up to 7 keys per side, for a total of up to 14 keys.

3. The included 14mm screws are designed to pass through the keyholes and securely fasten the keys to the posts.

4. Spacers do not need to be placed between every key. In fact, using too many spacers can reduce overall capacity. Spacers are most useful when you have an odd number of keys, as they help keep the frame balanced.

• Some accessories may take up additional space. For example, most USB drives use 2 slots, while the included bottle opener uses 1 slot.

5. If your keys are thicker than 2mm, you may need an Expansion Pack to provide additional space and ensure a comfortable fit.
