To ensure your SmartCard functions correctly, please follow these steps carefully:
1. Place it on a flat Qi-certified wireless charger (minimum 15W) with the KeySmart logo facing up. Do not use an Apple Watch charger.
- Tip: Gently move the SmartCard side to side until the red LED turns on, confirming it is charging.
2. When correctly placed, the red LED will appear. Keep it charging for at least 2 continuous hours;
3. On the SmartCard, press the Find My button 5 times quickly. On the fifth press, hold the button — this will trigger a sound;
4. Open the Apple Find My app on your iOS device, tap the “+” symbol, and select “Add another item.” Your SmartCard should appear on the screen. Tap it to connect, then set a custom name and icon.
